Yes, they all blew up again. I was on the Kinni through most of the rain and lightening yesterday.
Another high water event has twisted up the local rivers. Chocolate milk shakes are flowing today and guide trips are being cancelled. The water-world for the trout has been dark and dingy as of late. They are being well fed by the heavy currents but many have lost their homes in the changing course and landscape of the river bed. The trout population has been reeling this spring and will hopefully settle down soon. Although anglers have been landing some fish, the overall buzz is “catch rates” have been down and hatches have been spurty at best. I will look at water later this afternoon but unless you are comfortable fishing in muddy conditions it might take a day or two.

You got that right.
I am hoping for a steep trend downward in that number tomorrow. Boy did I watch the mud run off some fields yesterday.
Looks great! You can fish from your bedroom window. 😉
