The fishing continues to be great in the Southeast. All the rivers are in good health and fishing well with little traffic. This Saturday’s opener in Wisconsin could send a few more people to the region. The Black, and Tan caddis are still out there along with a few Dk. Hendricksons. Both nymphing and dry fly fishing have been sucessful. Try swinging your caddis down and across the riffles for the extra fun of down stream strikes. The hook-ups will only be 50-50 but the fish have been chasing both drys and pupa’s using this technique.
