Reports out of both the Root River and Whitewater drainage have been much better than Western Wisconsin. Whitewater is more spotty in terms of water clarity than the Root. South of HWY. 90 is in good shape with Tricos in the AM on the South branch and the white mayfly (Ephoron leukon) in the PM.
