The waters of the Rush River as of 5 PM Monday evening were stained evenly throughout but clear enough to be deemed fishable. We are witnessing on of the most perplexing weather patterns in the last 100 years making it almost impossible to predict what the river conditions will be from hour to hour. The weather is changing , the bugs are still out there, I bet you can find some fishable water. Reports are coming in hourly I will keep you updated.
